An investigation found that a 72-year-old woman was driving a Lexus east on Peck Avenue at about 1:15 p.m. when her vehicle was T-boned by a BMW headed north on Utopia Parkway driven by a 20-year-old man.  The impact caused the Lexus to overturn.
