Tractor Accidents Not Uncommon

A fourteen year old girl is the newest victim. She was riding as a passenger on a tractor as it traveled on Highway 99 in Minnesota on August 6th, 2015. The tractor hit a bump, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle, which ended up in a nearby ditch. The girl died from her injuries, and the driver is in serious condition.

Tractor accidents have become terribly common, especially in areas such as Minnesota, the Midwest, and upstate New York. These machines are incredibly important for efficient agriculture, but all too often safety features are neglected during the design and production of tractors.
