Farhana Jhosey is a paralegal at Finz & Finz, P.C., who is primarily responsible for gathering information from all of the firm’s prospective clients. Ms. Jhosey is an extremely compassionate person who has a deep desire to help those who have suffered severe and life-altering injuries due to negligence and medical malpractice. Ms. Jhosey understands the importance of listening and transcribing the facts of each prospective client’s case, so that information can be properly uploaded into the firm’s electronic case management system. During this process, Ms. Jhosey obtains a timeline of events, including critical dates, and detailed information regarding each prospective client’s injuries and the responsible parties.
Ms. Jhosey also prepares the retainer agreement and legal authorizations for each prospective client – a prerequisite in conducting an in-depth case investigation and evaluation. Upon receipt of the initial documents and information, Ms. Jhosey works closely with the firm’s Intake Managing Attorney and Intake Committee to review all of the information obtained. Although it is always the goal of Finz & Finz, P.C., and Ms. Jhosey to represent each prospective client, the initial review process is an important one in determining whether the facts pertaining to a prospective client’s case can result in a successful outcome.
Ms. Jhosey was raised in Pennsylvania and graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. When Ms. Jhosey is not working to obtain information from prospective clients of the firm, she loves spending time with her son, baking, sketching and markup artistry. Ms. Jhosey speaks fluent Bengali, Hindi and Urdu.
