$140,000 Settlement

Our client, a lifetime New York City resident, was descending the stairs of a Manhattan subway station when her ankle turned on an unleveled surface in the walking area of the steps. She suffered a knee injury requiring surgery. The attorney at Finz & Finz, P.C., asserted that the step was constructed improperly, contributing to the 74-year-old woman’s fall.
