$1,500,000 Settlement

Our client, a U.S. Navy veteran who served as a young soldier, developed a cataract in his right eye at the age of 61. Since he served in the United States military, his medical care was provided through a Veterans Administration (VA) hospital. Unfortunately, the treatment provided was below the acceptable standard of care and our client suffered a permanent partial loss of vision in his right eye.
