Ariella M. Colman
Ariella M. Colman, a medical malpractice attorney at Finz & Finz, P.C., has been committed for the past 20 years to the steadfast and compassionate representation of victims of medical malpractice and nursing home neglect. During this time, she has concentrated her practice in complex medical-legal issues and amassed extensive experience in helping her clients, including the estates of wrongful death victims, obtain just compensation.
Ms. Colman began her career in 1995 at a health care law firm, where she represented physicians and other medical professionals in disciplinary proceedings involving allegations of medical malpractice as well as administrative and statutory violations. This experience provided her with valuable insight and an in-depth understanding of the various forms of medical negligence. Ms. Colman draws upon that experience to advocate zealously and thoroughly on behalf of medical malpractice victims. In addition, Ms. Colman has significant experience representing clients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), formerly known as reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD).
Ms. Colman is a native New Yorker, graduating from SUNY Albany, cum laude, and Brooklyn Law School. She is admitted to practice in New York State and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
When not practicing law, Ms. Colman is an avid runner and hiker and loves to spend quality time with her children.
