Three Dead in Fatal Woodbridge Collision

WOODBRIDGE, NJ – Three young women were killed when their vehicle rear-ended a tractor-trailer in Woodbridge, New Jersey,  25 miles south of New York City. Just before midnight on Friday, Uchechukw Chukwuma, Michaela Powell and Brianna Martinez were heading home from their high school reunion when they ran into a tractor-trailer that was pulling away from a stoplight.

Powell and Uchechukw were killed on impact, while Martinez, the driver of the vehicle, was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
