Pedestrian Killed by Queens Driver


QUEENS, NY – A Queens pedestrian was killed in Jackson Heights by a driver backing out of their driveway on Saturday. According to StreetsBlogNYC, the 57-year-old victim has not yet been identified and was standing on the sidewalk when he was run over.

The incident occurred at 30-23 69th Street in Queens. The driver has not been charged with an offense though police say they are still investigating the matter.
