Motorcyclist Injured in Crash in Montague

MONTAGUE, NJ – A 53-year-old man was seriously injured in a three-vehicle accident on Saturday afternoon.

The crash occurred around 12:30 PM at the intersection of the Deckertown Turnpike and Clove Road. Philip Newman, the motorcyclist, was flown to the hospital via Atlantic Air One. He suffered a broken leg fracture after being thrown off his motorcycle.

The two other drivers, 60-year-old David Friedman and 37-year-old Michelle Morris, were not injured.
