Man Arrested Almost a Year After Fatally Hitting Woman


BROOKLYN, NY – A Brooklyn man, Justin Guillaume, was arrested on charges including manslaughter nearly a year after fatally hitting another driver, 63-year-old real estate agent Patricia Lancaster. According to the Gothamist, the then 19-year-old driver hit Lancaster at the intersection of East 56th Street and Avenue J on March 30th, 2019. Guillaume’s additional charges include reckless endangerment, not stopping at a red light, and speeding.
