Our client, in his late 40’s, was operating a rental car when he was struck in the left rear by a speeding vehicle, causing him to strike his head against the driver’s side window. The main issue of the case was whether brain damage, which developed some time after the accident, was in fact caused by the accident itself, or whether there was some other cause.
