Pedestrian Dies Three Days After Being Hit

(NEW YORK CITY, February 2020) Deborah Scherer died on Sunday following a crash on February 6th. She was crossing the street at Bell Boulevard and 75th Avenue in Queens when a turning driver hit her. Following the accident she was rushed to the hospital where she passed away three days later from her injuries. According to patch.com, the accident is being investigated, however, the driver currently faces no charges.
