Two killed in wrong-way collision on Sunrise Highway

EAST QUOGUE, NY- A driver heading east on the westbound Sunrise Highway in East Quogue caused a fatal head on collision yesterday. Authorities have not released the name of the wrong-way driver, but did report that he was rushed to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The victim, identified as Michelle Navas of Hicksville, was travelling westward in a 2008 Toyota Camry when she was struck by the wrong way driver's 2004 Mercedes Benz. Navas was killed instantly in the collision.
