Intoxicated driver with a child in the vehicle crashes into parked vehicle on North Ocean Avenue

(LONG ISLAND, December 2019) — Naderia Beria of Freeport was driving her 2019 Kia SUV when she slammed into a parked 2004 Ford pickup on North Ocean Avenue with one male occupant inside. The accident occurred on Monday afternoon around 3 PM.
According to authorities, Beria was driving with a child in the vehicle. She has been arrested and now faces charges of driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated (for having a child under 16 in the vehicle), and endangering the welfare of a child. The Suffolk Daily Voice has reported that her arraignment was yesterday, Tuesday the 17th, at the First District Court in Hempstead.
